Wrapping up a very entertaining month of reading and writing, it brought me to my the one project that I will continue to use in my personal business. This is the Online Consumer Survey. It's not enough to just wait for customers to reach out with praise, comments, or complaints. A business like The Hampton Chocolate Factory has to get to them first.
